Repair

We offer a full Repair and Hardware Upgrade Service to Business and Consumer users. We also offer a free WEEE service to all users - For further information on our WEEE services please click here

Our Repair Service covers most IT equipment. We can also arrange for you IT equipment to be upgraded when required.

We Repair all PC equipment, mostly in house. We outsource Monitor, Printer and Laptop Repairs to sources better equipped to give a high level of service in these specialised areas.

We offer both a personal and a courier collection and return service for all items that require Repairs or upgrades. All Repairs will be quoted prior to the Repair being undertaken. Payment, in full, will be required before the goods are returned.

For customers on our "Full Support" contract, we will supply replacement equipment, free of charge.
This replacement equipment will be configured to allow you to continue using your system with the minimum of stress in the shortest possible time.
